		<description>I think you got it right onthe button.  Balance is the key.  People have taken McDonalds to court (and won, I think?) because if they ate only McDoncalds they became unhealthy.  Same here. I confess to the odd tweet - and have that integrated into one of my blogs - not sure if that is the way to go...</description>
