I am developing a 6 week program to get people to look at the speed with which they feel they must go to get enjoyment. It looks at the fact that our pleasure system in the brain has become overloaded and only "WOW" is enough to satisfy. Evan Slovak in hs blog reiterated the comment, from a friend “It’s boring! Besides,” he said sardonically, “you’re not doing anything! You just sit there and look at a bunch of words. Where’s the fun in that!?” and this is what my project will address.
