		<description>Ah yes! Paying attention…yesterday my kids learned that sometimes paying attention does not mean having to be the center of it. Mindful living also requires a certain ease with oneself, in silence, in thoughtful ponderance. Many of us run from this thing to that, desperately trying to escape the very thing we cannot - ourselves!

Thanks for the reminder about the importance of ease, flow, grace and, above all, relaxation for relationships to work!</description>
